Stuart Vohmann

CEO and Founder, MBA

Stuart’s experience and responsibilities before being a founder of Exceller8 included senior leadership Director and GM roles across commercial strategy, business development, marketing, sales and customer development.

He has worked in or with globally successful organisations such as Campbell Soups, Coke, Boots, Unilever, GFW, Bunge, RB and Unicharm.

Stuart holds a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne University and a degree in Marketing and is a qualified business coach L1 IECL. As a founding partner of Exceller8 Stuart is chairman and a director; working also with the advisory group that supports the development of Exceller8.

Mark Bouw

COO & CCO – MBA, BN, GAICD, CIMC

Mark has a dual role, as COO he is responsible for ensuring operational excellence of the processes within Exceller8 overseeing business innovation and technology development.

Directly associated with his role as COO he oversees Exceller8’s customer care and excellence in experience as CCO, ensuring deployment of services across our customer base and driving innovation increasing the value to Exceller8’s customers.

Mark is a globally recognised expert in business strategy who unpacks a company’s problems, stress tests the facts and drives outcomes that supports increased value for customers, growing the business results through high performing teams.

Mark has experience across multiple industries including Medical & Healthcare Products & Services, Consumer Products & Services and, Advanced Technologies. He is a visiting mentor and judge at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business Global Ignite Program and sits on the advisory group of Exceller8.

Owen McCrink

CIO. B.Eng.

Owen oversees the company’s global information technology solutions responsible for the deployment of Exceller8’s products.

Owen has brought to market leading software and hardware engineering products, he has a strong background and experience in product engineering, security and corporate technology which enhances deployment and customer experience.

Owen’s experience comes with a strong sense of business acumen that adds value to the go to market strategy, enhances product innovation and the customer experience in the use of the company’s product.

Alex von Behr

BA PPE Oxon

Alex is a seasoned FMCG veteran having spent the last 30 years in increasingly senior GM and Global functional roles across Asia and Europe with Unilever, Coca-Cola and Mondelez after a stint with McKinsey.

Most recently he was Global CCO for Unilever, responsible for their global sales strategy and execution.

Since 2016 he has focussed on advisory and coaching, working with CEOs of global, regional and national FMCGs and service companies through his own new LT created business, vBA. Alex has been associated with Exceller8 since 2016 in a support and advisory capacity and is part of our advisory group.

Ian Unwin

MBA, GAICD

Ian is member of Exceller8’s advisory group. He is an experienced CEO, Chairman and Company Director with 35 years experience of directly running businesses and consulting to a wide range of medium to very large businesses as well as State Government and private investors. 

In these senior roles Ian has been integrally involved in strategy analysis, development and execution creating business value drivers and successfully leading business turnarounds.

Ian has a Master of Business Administration from University of Melbourne (Finance, General); Strategic Finance from Harvard Business School.

Peter Landers

BB, MBA, FCA, FCPA, GAICD

Peter has over 43 years’ experience inside the Financial Industry, starting off as an Accountant and
transitioning into the Financial Planning areas, leading various companies in the Financial and Investment Industry.

Peter has a Bachelor of Business and a Master of Business Administration from RMIT. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (FCA), a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA), a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Peter is a member of our advisory board and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Sales & Client Relationship Manager – Europe

Anna is a valued member of the Exceller8 team and supports Business Development and client care across Europe.

She is an expert in LinkedIn Lead generation and holds a recognised Teaching Qualification for children with special needs.

Juan Liu

Juan, has a wide background and experience in HR management administration and teaching.
